學習活動時間與發布狀態說明 Activity Time and Publish Status

「批次設定發布狀態」功能於2023年8月新增，因應老師希望可以設定學習活動是否可以被學生「看到」而產生的，未來學習活動需要處於「發布」狀態下學生端才可見到該學習活動，「未發布」狀態下學生端就看不到學習活動。

The "Publish Status" feature was added in August 2023 in response to teachers' requests for a way to control whether students can "see" a learning activity. In the future, learning activities will need to be in "Publish" status in order for students to see them on the student side. In "Unpublished" status, students will not be able to see the learning activity.

發布狀態：決定學生端是否看到該學習活動，只有「發布」與「取消發布」兩個選項。

Publish Status: The decision for students to see the learning activity is determined by only two options: "Publish" and "Unpublished."

開始/結束時間：決定學生端是否可以進行該學習活動，可設定開始與結束時間。若可以看到學習活動，但無法進行，會註明「未開放」。

Start/End Time: Determines whether students can access the learning activity. You can set the start and end times. If students can see the learning activity but cannot access it, it will be marked as "Not Started."

★ How to publish learning activities?

1. 在建立學習活動時，選擇「儲存並發布」。

1. When creating a learning activity, choose "Save & Publish."

2. 在要發佈的學習活動後方，按下「發布」按鈕。按下後，該學習活動會立即發布，學生端立即可以觀看。

2. After creating the learning activity to be published, click on the "Publish" button located behind it. Once clicked, the learning activity will be immediately published, and students will be able to view it immediately.

3. 在該章節右上方的「發布」選單中，選擇「發布所有學習活動」。這項功能會發布所選章節的所有學習活動。

3. In the "Publish" menu at the top right corner of the chapter, select "Publish all activities." This feature will publish all learning activities within the selected chapter.

4. 在章節上方選擇「批次設定發布狀態」。可勾選要設定的學習活動，批次設定「發布」或「不發布」。

4. Select "Set Publish Status" at the top of the section. Check the learning activities you want to set, and batch set them to "Publish" or "Unpublish".
